Directions & Precautions
Use only as directed

Use between meals or as recovery formula 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and/or within 30 minutes after exercise.

Add 28g (1 level scoop) to 200ml of water or skim milk. Shake or blend until mixed & serve. Consume up to 3 serves a day.
