Ingredients
Ferrous sulphate 325mg, equivalent to 105mg elemental iron, in a controlled release tablet.

Directions & Precautions
Do not use in haemochromatosis, inflammatory bowel disease and ostomy patients. Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist or you have side effects see your healthcare professional. Vitamins are supplementary to a balanced diet.

Take 1 tablet daily with food and a large glass of water. Swallow whole. Don't take with antacids, iron or calcium.
