Rehmannia glutinosa root 5g
Vitex agnus-castrus fruit (Chaste Tree) 200mg
Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g
Bupleurum falcatum root 1.5g
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5mcg

Directions & Precautions
Free from wheat, gluten, and diary. Vitamins should not replace a balanced diet.
Use only as directed and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula.
Not recommended during pregnancy unless professionally prescribed.

Starting dose: 1 tablet, twice daily Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily or switch to Harmony Menopause Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour after meals.
