Directions & Precautions
ADULT DOSAGE:
Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (7.5 g) with 100 mL of water (or more water as desired). Consume once daily, approximately 30-60 minutes prior to bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
