Directions & Precautions
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: This product contains vitamin A, at a daily dose that is considered to be at a suitable level for pregnant women. A woman needs a different balance of nutrients during this time so If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, consult your health professional before taking this or any other supplement.
This product contains Chromium. People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Adults: Take 5g (approximately 1 heaped teaspoon) daily.
Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1/2 level teaspoonful daily.
Children 12 months to 5 years: Take ? teaspoon twice daily.
Mix with fluid or sprinkle on food. Take regularly for best results.
