It's a helpful support for children who struggle to relax at night and have trouble getting to sleep, as well as children who wake in the night. It can also be useful for growing children who need support to relax their bodies at night.

Kids Peaceful Dreams contains the herbs lemon balm and linden to support calm and relaxation. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and is used with the vitamin B6 and L-tryptophan to support sleep hormone production for healthy sleep patterns.

Each 10mL contains:

Lemon balm (melissa officinalis) extract 122 mg
Linden (tilia cordata miller) extract 122 mg
L-Typtophan 50 mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium gluconate) 9.38 mg
Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.7 mg

Also contains: Agave syrup, apple flavour, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, glycerin and purified water.
No Added: Artificial colours.
