DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are important omega-3 fatty acids. Directions & Precautions

Recommended intake:

Softgels: Take two softgels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Liquid: Take one teaspoon daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, please refrigerate and use within three months after opening.
